WARM UP
WARM UP
Good morning, we are going to start the warm up, the first part of the warmup is the:
1. Joint mobility:
Lets start, the objective of the joint mobility is to move your joints(ankles,knees,hips,shoulders,elbows…) we must follow and order,we aregoing to start from up to down.
Exercises: MOVE YOUR NECK SIDE TO SIDE, MOVE YOUR SHOULDERS ,THE TWO ANKLES....
2. Activation:
Then we start with the activation, which consists in activate our body.We can activate with a simple game. The game is called TEN PASES WITH THE BALL,which consists of passing the ball ten times without falling tothe ground and an other game whose called PILLA PILLA GAME, wich consists of a person is It, and he has to catch the others people.
3. Stretching:
The objective is to maintain the elasticity of the muscles , we must holdstretching about 15-20 seconds. We do exercises like: STRETCH OUR QUADS, STRETCH OUR CALVES, AND OURS ADDUCTORS....
